Skull Bay is inspired by the historic trade routes on which ships travelled the world in the 17th and 18th centuries to transport exotic spices and flavours. This tradition gave rise to the vision of combining exquisite spices and first-class rum to create a unique flavour experience.
The premium rum that forms the basis for Skull Bay is obtained through authentic distillation from the finest sugar cane. After distillation, the rum is shipped to the Netherlands where it is infused with carefully selected natural dark spices to enhance Skull Bay's signature recipes.
This particular bottling has a fruity flavour thanks to the addition of pineapple, which gives the rum a harmonious balance of sweetness and spice.
