The spirit of Benjamin Chapman lives on in this exceptional whisky, distilled from a harmonious blend of 51 per cent 10-year-old Canadian rye and 49 per cent 7-year-old Canadian prairie wheat. During production, the rye is gently distilled with pure glacier water from the northern Rockies in a traditional pot still. Maturation takes place in carefully selected white oak casks, in which the whisky slowly matures for over a decade.
