This method, named after its inventor Eugène Charmat, enables fermentation to take place in pressure-resistant tanks, which gives the sparkling wine a fine effervescence and consistent quality.

This introductory sparkling wine is sourced from organically grown grapes in the picturesque Weinviertel region and has been carefully crafted using the time-honoured Charmat method to produce a well-balanced organic sparkling wine. This exquisite sparkling wine consists of a select cuvée in which Welschriesling and Grüner Veltliner harmonise perfectly.
