Marzadro Espressioni Solera is an exclusive grappa blend from Distilleria Marzadro, a renowned family-run business in Trentino that has stood for quality, innovation and craftsmanship in the art of Italian distilling since 1949. This exceptional bottling is part of the limited-edition ‘Espressioni’ range, which is characterised by sophisticated production methods and experimental cask ageing. The Espressioni Solera is particularly distinguished by its maturation using the Solera method – a technique otherwise primarily associated with sherry and rum production.

Selected pomace from high-quality red grape varieties is used for this grappa, including Teroldego and other indigenous varieties from Trentino. Distillation takes place in batch stills using the traditional bain-marie method, resulting in particularly smooth, aromatic distillates. The grappa is then aged for several years in a Solera system comprising oak casks, allowing different vintages to blend harmoniously – resulting in exceptional depth, complexity and elegance.
