Nonino Grappa Monovitigni Single Grapes 40% ABV 0.5 l is an elegant grappa from Italy that impressively reflects the innovative spirit of the renowned Distilleria Nonino. This special bottling combines carefully selected, fresh pomace from the Pinot, Prosecco and Malvasia grape varieties, each of which is processed separately and then blended to create a harmonious composition. This is not a classic blend, but a deliberate combination of individual monovitigno grappas, in which the typical characteristics of each grape variety are preserved and mutually enhanced.


Production involves controlled vacuum fermentation in stainless steel tanks, immediately followed by gentle batch distillation in copper steam stills with precise separation of the heads and tails. This slow, artisanal process enables the optimal extraction and preservation of the delicate aromatic compounds. The Monovitigni Grappa is then left to rest for 6 to 12 months in a stainless steel tank, allowing its structure to round out and harmonise. With an alcohol content of 40 per cent, this Italian grappa is intense, elegant and well-balanced.
