Botran Ron Reserva Platino Cristalino is characterised by its distillation from freshly pressed sugarcane juice and benefits from an innovative ageing process based on the Solera system. During its ageing, this rum benefits from the use of selected casks, including ex-American whisky casks and those with a medium toast.
A crucial step in its production is filtration through activated carbon, using two different types of carbon. This filtration process aims to refine the rum and ensure its clarity, whilst preserving the complexity of its aromas and flavour profiles.
