Corralejo Tequila Añejo 100% de Agave is an excellent premium tequila produced in Mexico, characterised by its long ageing process and complex bouquet. Produced at the renowned Destilería Corralejo, which has been renowned for its high-quality tequilas since 1755, this Añejo is made from hand-picked blue Weber agaves grown in the fertile soils of Guanajuato. Distillation takes place in traditional copper stills, which contributes to the purity and quality of the final product.

After distillation, the tequila is aged for at least 12 months in oak casks, during which time it develops its characteristic amber colour and a remarkable depth of flavour. The barrel ageing imparts a harmonious blend of sweet, spicy and woody notes.
