This area is characterised by a rare karst landscape featuring cone-shaped limestone formations, caves and underground springs. This distinctive terrain acts as a natural filter for the rain, producing crystal-clear water and lending the sugar cane plants in this valley region a unique flavour profile.

Appleton Estate Signature Blend is a renowned Jamaican rum produced by the Appleton Estate Distillery.

It is a carefully crafted blend of 15 different rums, which have been aged for an average of around four years. These selected rums contribute to its unique flavour profile and lend it its characteristic complexity. This blend combines pot still and column still rums, and its magnificent golden colour reflects the hues of Jamaican sunrises.
