This creative bottling was born from an idea by Dr Bill Lumsden to express the unique impressions of Tokyo – from its modern urbanity to its deep cultural roots – in a whisky.

For the first time in Glenmorangie’s history, the rare Mizunara oak was used. This Japanese oak is renowned for its exceptional ability to develop complex and elegant flavours. The combination of whisky, partly matured in Mizunara casks, with distillates from sherry and bourbon casks, results in a multifaceted symphony of flavours – rich, spicy, floral and with a hint of the exotic.

With an alcohol content of 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and artfully packaged, Glenmorangie A Tale of Tokyo is a real highlight for collectors and connoisseurs of refined single malts.
