Sljivovica Alter plum brandy is produced exclusively from fresh Bistrica plums, grown around the capital Zagreb, in accordance with time-honoured tradition. Its unique aroma is achieved through double distillation. It is then carefully matured in Slavonian oak casks to develop its distinctive flavour.
