Capricorn 26 Dry Gin is made from 26 carefully selected botanicals. Most of these ingredients are sourced from Edy Ledig’s spice factory, which is located just 2 kilometres from the distillery. Edy Ledig, a former Michelin-starred chef, and Markus Wurth, the gin’s distiller, place great emphasis on quality.

In addition, fresh organic herbs are sourced from the Demeter-certified Bahr Nursery, which is also located in the same town. This collaboration ensures the freshness and quality of the herbs used.

Furthermore, organic kumquats are sourced directly from the market in Amsterdam and incorporated into production immediately upon delivery. This practice ensures the freshness and intensity of the fruit flavours in the gin.
