With a blend of vision and passion, the Chalong Bay Distillery embodies the realisation of a unique dream: the creation of an original, handcrafted spirit using sustainable production methods. This spirit combines the traditional French art of distillation with Thailand’s rich sugarcane heritage and stands out for its quality and originality.

Using a traditional copper still imported from France and a centuries-old distillation process, Chalong Bay has created an award-winning spirit characterised by incredible character, originality and smoothness. This spirit fully expresses the essence of the 100% natural Thai sugarcane from which it is made.

Chalong Bay’s Pure Series spirit is made exclusively from 100 per cent natural, first-press sugarcane, grown without the use of fertilisers or additives. Production takes place in close collaboration with local Thai Bauern and results in a spirit bottled at a full 40% ABV.
