The Weingut Weiss, situated in the idyllic village of Gols in the district of Neusiedl am See, combines tradition and innovation to produce wines of exceptional quality. A wine-growing tradition has been nurtured here for six generations, with time-honoured knowledge and modern techniques forming the basis of their work. The brothers who run the winery focus on collaboration and fresh perspectives to continually improve their wines.

The winery attaches great importance to making the enjoyment of wine accessible to everyone. As a certified organic estate, they use sustainable cultivation methods and take a variety of needs into account. Their range includes vegan, fructose- and sorbitol-certified wines, as well as wines with a residual histamine level of less than 0.1 mg/l and, more recently, histamine-free wines.

Weingut Christian & Thomas Weiss’s ‘Zuckerlrosa’ is a speciality of the winery. Although it tastes sweet, it contains no sugar as it is sweetened with stevia, which means it has no effect on blood sugar levels. This wine matures in steel tanks and is then bottled and sealed with natural corks.
