This 10-year-old Irish whisky is aptly named ‘Barman’s Code’ and pays tribute to the father of Ciaran Mulgrew, who is the driving force behind The Quiet Man brand. Ciaran’s father, John Mulgrew, worked as a barman in Belfast for over 50 years and lent his name to the brand. As he always adhered to the ‘Barman’s Code’ and never repeated stories, he became known as ‘The Quiet Man’.

What makes this new bottling special is its final maturation in Marsala wine casks. This not only gives the whisky a rich texture, but also a wonderful, fruity sweetness that sets it apart from other whiskies.
