The Cava de Oro brand is synonymous with high-quality 100 per cent agave tequila, which comes from the Puerta de Hierro distillery. Located in El Arenal, Jalisco, Mexico, this distillery produces handcrafted tequilas. The blue agaves are carefully harvested to ensure the very best quality. Four varieties are then distilled: Plata, Reposado, Añejo and Extra Añejo.

Cava de Oro Rosa Tequila is characterised by its unique ‘Wine Cask Aged’ process, in which it is aged for two months in French white oak casks. These casks have previously held red wine, giving the tequila a distinctive, fruity note. The combination of agave aroma and subtle wine notes creates an unmistakable taste experience.

This special ageing process not only gives the tequila its characteristic pink colour, but also a unique complexity that sets it apart from other tequilas.
