Rochelt Williams Pear Brandy is synonymous with the finest flavour and quality. Only highly aromatic Williams pears from Western Styria, carefully cultivated and harvested by experienced fruit growers, are used to produce this intensely fruity brandy. Each pear is selected according to strict quality standards to ensure the very best is extracted from the fruit.

After harvesting, the pears undergo a double distillation process, which preserves the full aroma of the Williams pears. The brandy is then aged for three years in glass demijohns, during which time it develops its characteristic richness and depth of flavour.
