Bottega Ipanema Cachaça is made from fresh sugar cane juice, which is carefully fermented after pressing to optimally preserve the natural flavours. It is then distilled in traditional alembic stills, which give it its characteristic freshness and aroma. After distillation, the alcohol content is reduced to a pleasant 38 per cent using demineralised water. The result is a harmonious and aromatic cachaça that impresses with its fresh sugarcane notes and balanced structure.
