Antica Distilleria Domenico Sibona S.p.A. is located in the heart of Piedmont, in Piobesi d'Alba to be precise, in the centre of the region where some of the best Piedmontese wines originate. It is one of the oldest and most traditional distilleries in Piedmont, which gives it a special place in Italian distillery culture.

Due to this long tradition and its historical value, Sibona holds the prestigious "Licenza di Distillazione No. 1". This rare distillery licence is only awarded by the Italian tax office to distilleries that stand out for their exceptional history and consistent quality. Distilleria Sibona therefore not only embodies craftsmanship excellence, but also the legacy of a centuries-old tradition that continues in the production of top-quality products.

Sibona's Uvedilanga is an outstanding grape brandy characterised by its round body and intense fruity notes. It is made primarily from vinified Moscato grapes from the renowned Langhe region, with the skins of the grapes also being used in the process. After a long and slow fermentation, distillation takes place immediately in order to preserve the freshness and flavours of the grapes.

The grape spirit is gently distilled in copper stills in a water bath, resulting in a particularly gentle process. The young Uve di Langs then rests for an extended period in stainless steel containers, allowing it to develop its characteristic balance and flavour. This process ensures a grape spirit of the highest quality and purity.
