The Double Barrel India & Scotland Blended Malt Whisky is an exceptional creation by the independent bottler Douglas Laing. This unique blend brings together carefully selected single malts from India and Scotland, which, in a harmonious combination, offer an unrivalled tasting experience. With an alcohol content of 50 % vol., this whisky is bottled without the addition of colouring agents and without chill filtration to preserve its natural purity and intensity.

Four individual casks were selected for this blend: two Scottish single malts with rich peaty notes and two Indian single malts with light, citrusy and woody characteristics. This combination results in a complex profile that reflects both the depth of the Scottish whisky and the vibrancy of the Indian whisky.

With a limited edition of just 2,000 bottles worldwide, this blend is a must-have for collectors and connoisseurs of exceptional whiskies. The artistic illustration on the label depicts the national animals of both countries: the Royal Bengal Tiger for India and the unicorn for Scotland, symbolising the harmonious union of these two whisky worlds.
