Today, the rum is produced in the Dominican Republic according to a family recipe that has been preserved for generations. For the Matusalem Enigma American Oak, carefully selected rum reserves, each aged for different lengths of time, are blended using the traditional Solera method. Maturation takes place in ex-Bourbon American oak casks, the influence of which shapes the characteristic style of this bottling.
