Ann-Katrin and Johann Dallmeyer, siblings and founders of NORK, have been on a mission since 2016 to make Korn socially acceptable once again. Drawing on their close bond and long-standing friendship, they are working to reinterpret this traditional spirit and breathe new life into the spirits scene. Their focus is on developing innovative liqueurs that present Korn in a modern context and break down the outdated perception of this category.

The third cask-aged release in the NORK Single Cask range, NORK Derbe x Cherry Brandy Cask, sets new standards in aroma. Following the innovative releases featuring maple syrup and hot chilli, this cherry brandy cask opens an exciting new chapter.

Over a period of two years, the NORK Derbe matured in a carefully selected French oak cherry brandy cask. This ageing process not only lends the whisky exceptional depth, but also an enticing sweetness that delights the taste buds.

With a limited edition of just 555 bottles and a robust ABV of 50.5%, this whisky offers an intense flavour experience that will captivate both seasoned whisky connoisseurs and the curious alike. NORK Derbe x Cherry Brandy Cask is more than just a whisky – it is an experience that invites you to discover and enjoy it.
