Berta Roccanivo Grappa di Barbera is an exceptional spirit produced from the finest Barbera d’Asti grapes grown in Mombaruzzo, in the Asti area of Piedmont. These grapes give the grappa a unique and complex flavour that perfectly reflects the freshness and fruitiness of the Barbera. The grapes are carefully harvested by hand using traditional methods and gently distilled in copper stills to extract the grapes’ aromas in their purest form. The grappa is then aged in high-quality oak casks, which lend it additional depth and a subtle woody note.
