The Knöbl Chardonnay is an expressive, elegant white wine from the long-established Weinhof Knöbl in the village of Dienersdorf near Kaindorf in Eastern Styria. This family-run business is managed with great passion and dedication by Fritz Knöbl, an experienced master viticulturist with a solid education at the renowned Silberberg School of Viticulture. At the age of just 17, Fritz Knöbl took on responsibility for wine production, having earned the trust of his parents – the estate’s founders – from an early age. Today, his name stands for the highest quality standards, sustainable viticulture and wines with authentic character.

Only carefully selected, fully ripe Chardonnay grapes, which thrive in the sun-drenched vineyards surrounding the estate, are used for this Chardonnay. Following hand-picking, the grapes are gently processed to optimally preserve the freshness and aromas of the fruit. The wine is finally bottled using a modern screw cap, which safely and reliably preserves the wine’s unique character.
