These bottlings are produced by the independent bottler Rossi & Rossi in Italy, which is renowned for its expertise and high standards of quality. Following an initial ageing period in a tropical climate, this Rum Nation 12 Years Old Rum was matured in Europe in bourbon casks and finally given a refined 12-month finish in ex-Oloroso sherry casks. This special process lends depth and complexity to the flavour.
