The Black Tot Historic Solera is an artful blend of exquisite rums from Barbados, Guyana and Jamaica, designed according to the traditional practice of the British Royal Navy. This blend is characterised by a particularly careful ageing process, which brings out its complex character and depth.

At the beginning of the maturation process, the rum is aged in oak barrels previously filled with Pedro Ximénez and Oloroso sherry, which gives it rich flavours and a pleasant sweetness. It is then refined using the traditional Solera process, which ensures consistently high quality and allows the various components to blend together perfectly.

Another remarkable feature of this bottling is that the entire ageing process takes place in a tropical climate.
