Description
The Crémant d’Alsace Brut Cattin Méthode Traditionnelle 12% vol. 0.75 l is an elegant sparkling wine from the long-established Joseph Cattin estate, which ranks amongst the most prestigious family-run wineries in Alsace. It is produced using the Méthode Traditionnelle, i.e. the classic bottle fermentation method – the same technique used for Champagne. This labour-intensive production method ensures a fine, long-lasting effervescence and a particularly harmonious mousse.
Selected grapes from the typical Alsatian varieties Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris, Riesling and Chardonnay are used for this Crémant. Together, they form the basis for a delicately balanced interplay of aromas that combines freshness, elegance and structure. Ageing on the lees lends it additional depth and creaminess, without losing any of its liveliness. This makes Crémant Cattin not only a fine alternative to Champagne, but also an ideal companion for special moments to be savoured with style and French charm.
