The Faustino I Gran Reserva 2016, with an alcohol content of 14% vol. and available in a 0.75-litre bottle, is one of Spain’s best-known and most highly regarded Rioja Gran Reservas and comes from the long-established Bodegas Faustino in La Rioja. This long-aged wine, made predominantly from Tempranillo and complemented by classic Rioja varieties such as Graciano and Mazuelo, reflects the elegance, depth and aromatic complexity for which the winery is internationally renowned.

The wine was aged for many years in American and French oak barrels before undergoing further refinement in the bottle. This results in a characterful Gran Reserva with a fine balance between secondary and tertiary aromas, refined oak notes and a structured, mature body. The combination of extended barrel ageing, precise vinification and careful selection gives the Faustino I Gran Reserva 2016 its unmistakable style.
