Description
The Clos de los Siete winery is situated in Mendoza, a province in western Argentina, and is one of the country’s most renowned wineries.
Mendoza is known worldwide for its high-quality wine-growing regions, which are ideally suited to the production of some of Argentina’s finest wines.
The region benefits from a dry, sunny climate and soils that are low in acidity and rich in limestone, creating ideal conditions for growing red wine grape varieties. The vines are irrigated year-round with glacier water.
Clos de los Siete cultivates a total of around 850 hectares of vineyards and focuses on growing the grape varieties Merlot, Syrah, Petit Verdot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Malbec. The estate’s wines are sealed with natural corks.
