Since 1989, Trummer Frucht has been committed to preserving regional orchard meadows and heritage fruit varieties in southern Burgenland. The family-run business began with its own fruit press and has continued to develop over the past 35 years – from its first production facility to the modern farm shop in Pinkafeld. Today, the company employs over 20 staff and has been run by Martin Trummer, the next generation, since January 2022.

Trummer Uhudler Liqueur captures the characteristic aromas of Uhudler grapes in a unique blend. With its intense berry fruitiness, subtle spiciness and refined depth, this liqueur embodies the distinctive qualities of Southern Burgenland.

The Uhudler grapes are carefully selected and gently processed to preserve their natural aromas as much as possible. The result is a fruity, sweet treat that reflects the power of nature in liquid form – a veritable cornucopia of intense flavours.
