It takes its name from the Widow Jane Mine in Rosendale, New York, whose limestone caves provide the mineral-rich water used in its production. This special water lends the whisky an exceptional smoothness and depth.

The foundation of this whisky is a classic rye mash, which gives it a robust, spicy character.
