Hacienda De Xalpa Tequila Añejo is an expressive, matured premium tequila made from 100 per cent blue Weber agave, representing the very highest quality and traditional Mexican distilling craftsmanship. Produced with passion and care, this bottling combines the finest raw materials with many years of ageing – thus reflecting the depth and elegance that a genuine Añejo tequila should offer.

Ageing takes place over a period of 12 to 36 months in selected 220-litre white oak casks, giving the tequila its warm, complex structure and characteristic amber colour. This extended barrel ageing not only imparts the distillate with its intense aroma, but also creates a harmonious balance between fruity freshness, subtle woody notes and a gentle sweetness.

With an alcohol content of 38 % vol., this Añejo is both pleasantly approachable and profound. Its velvety texture, combined with a smooth and balanced flavour profile, ensures a soft mouthfeel and a long, elegant finish.
