The Hummingbird Rum Meisterstück Edition 3/24 continues the successful journey of the Hummingbird Rum brand, offering a perfect harmony of Caribbean craftsmanship and European winemaking expertise. This Barbados Edition 3/24 impresses with a new, elegant bottle and a unique ageing process in Australian sweet wine casks, developed in collaboration with the renowned winemaker Leo Aumann. Hummingbird Rum remains a guarantee of quality, authenticity and unrivalled enjoyment.

The base of this molasses rum consists of a blend of an 8-year-old column-still rum and a 5-year-old pot-still rum, both of which have been matured in ex-bourbon casks under the tropical conditions of Barbados. The second maturation takes place in exclusive Austrian sweet wine casks (Sélection de Baies), which deepen and refine the rum’s aromas. This special finishing process gives Hummingbird Rum its unmistakable character and makes it a true masterpiece.

With an alcohol content of 43% vol., Hummingbird Rum 3/24 offers an elegant array of flavours, encompassing both tropical freshness and a warm, spicy character, making it perfect for enjoying neat or as a base for sophisticated rum cocktails.
