The rosé is vinified from a carefully selected blend comprising 50% Groppello Gentile and Groppello di Mocasina, 20% Marzemino, 15% Sangiovese and 15% Barbera. These unique grape varieties give the wine an exceptional balance between fruitiness, freshness and structure.

The grapes for the Scolari Bellerica Rosé grow on stony, limestone-rich soils, which lend the wine a refreshing minerality. Ageing in stainless steel tanks ensures that the freshness and fruity aromas are optimally preserved, whilst at the same time maintaining the wine’s natural elegance.
