EVO Grappa Riserva is a premium, aged grappa from Italy that impresses with its balanced complexity, depth and refined structure. As a ‘Riserva’, Italian law stipulates that it must be aged in wooden casks for at least 18 months – however, the EVO Grappa Riserva utilises distillates that have been aged for considerably longer to create a particularly harmonious overall profile.
