The Zenato Amarone della Valpolicella Classico DOCG is a stunning meisterwerk from the heart of Veneto and ranks amongst Italy’s most renowned red wines. Produced by the long-established Zenato winery, which has stood for uncompromising quality and authentic wine enjoyment for decades, this Amarone is made exclusively from hand-picked grapes of the classic varieties Corvina, Rondinella and Oseleta. After harvesting, the grapes are dried on bamboo racks for several months – a method known as ‘Appassimento’, which gives the wine its powerful concentration and deep aromatics.
