With an impressive 27 years of maturation and a robust alcohol content of 53.1% ABV, this single malt is a multi-layered, expressive whisky with maritime influences and rare cask complexity.

The long maturation in selected oak casks – often enhanced by special finishes such as those in wine or sherry casks – gives the whisky a wonderfully balanced interplay between fruitiness, spice and a mature woody structure. True to Tobermory’s tradition, this bottling retains the unpeated style, allowing the delicate fruit and cask notes to come to the fore. The whisky is bottled unchill-filtered and without added colouring to preserve its original depth of character.
