The Nc'nean Huntress Lemon Meadow Single Malt Scotch Whisky Organic 2025 is an innovative single malt from the young, sustainable Nc'nean distillery on the west coast of Scotland. Founded with the aim of reinterpreting traditional whisky-making in a modern, environmentally friendly way, Nc'nean produces exclusively organic whiskies using renewable energy. The Huntress Lemon Meadow 2025 is part of the annual Huntress editions, which reflect the distillery’s spirit of experimentation. This bottling combines fresh, floral aromas with a lively citrus note, derived from natural fermentation and carefully selected cask maturation. The organic barley used comes from Scotland and is processed with particular care to preserve its characteristic, light aromas.

Particularly noteworthy is the multi-layered maturation: 56 % of the whisky matures in STR red wine casks (Shaved, Toasted, Re-charred), 42 % is stored in ex-American whisky casks and 2 % in Oloroso sherry casks. This balanced combination of casks gives the whisky a complex structure with fruity, vanilla and nutty notes.
