The Hillinger HILL Brut Reserve 2018, 11.5 % ABV, 0.75 l, is a high-quality Austrian sparkling wine of exceptional elegance and complexity, produced using the traditional bottle-fermentation method. The grapes for this premium sparkling wine come from the finest vineyards in Burgenland. Carefully selected grape varieties are used for the base wine, which were able to develop particular freshness, structure and finesse in a cool vintage such as 2018. The second fermentation takes place in the bottle in the traditional manner, after which the sparkling wine is aged on the lees for at least 24 months, giving it a fine perlage, depth and a creamy texture. With a moderate alcohol content of 11.5 % vol., it remains pleasantly light and approachable, without compromising on character.
