Clonakilty Small Batch Double Oak is a whisky that elegantly showcases the diversity of cask maturation. The whisky is first matured in fresh oak casks, which impart a distinct woody character. It is then finished in a used Bordeaux red wine cask, which adds further complexity and a hint of fruitiness.
