The Wolfburn 12 Years Old is the new flagship of the Wolfburn range and, at the same time, a striking testament to the craftsmanship of Scotland’s northernmost mainland distillery. This premium single malt Scotch whisky comes from the small, independent Wolfburn Distillery in Thurso, situated on the windswept north coast of the Northern Highlands.

For its maturation, this single malt was aged in equal parts in ex-bourbon casks and second-fill Oloroso sherry butts – both casks carefully selected to create a perfect balance between fruit, spice, sweetness and subtle smokiness. The whisky was stored for a full twelve years in the traditional Dunnage Warehouses, allowing it to develop a particularly deep, multi-layered aroma and a velvety-smooth mouthfeel.

With an alcohol content of 46% ABV, non-chill-filtered and bottled in its natural colour, the Wolfburn 12 Year Old impresses with its artisanal authenticity and genuine Highland character.
