The Villa di Remole, situated in the heart of Tuscany, is at the centre of the Frescobaldi family’s rich history, stretching back over 700 years. This region, renowned for its deep roots in Italian wine culture, offers ideal climatic conditions for viticulture.

The Vermentino and Trebbiano grape varieties form the basis for the wines produced there. The excellent spring climate, with ideal conditions in April and May, promotes rapid growth of the vines. A hot July kick-starts the ripening of the grapes, which is gently supported by rainfall in the following month. The cooler weather in August allows essential compounds to concentrate in the grapes, resulting in excellent quality in terms of aromas and polyphenols.

The wines are vinified in stainless-steel tanks to preserve the freshness and purity of the fruit. Finally, the wines are sealed with natural corks, which underlines the traditional approach to winemaking and ensures the quality of the final product.
