Ron Aldea Familia Edición Limitada 2007 is an exclusive vintage rum from the Canary Island of La Palma, bottled in a limited edition. This rum comes from Destilerías Aldea, a family-run distillery that has been producing artisanal rum specialities since 1936 – consistently using freshly pressed sugar cane juice (Rhum Agricole) rather than molasses. This results in a particularly aromatic, authentic rum with a distinct terroir character.

The “Familia 2007” edition was distilled in 2007 and matured for over a decade in carefully selected oak casks, including former wine casks and bourbon casks. The long ageing period on the island lends the rum depth, structure and a finely balanced blend of fruit, wood and spicy notes.
