The Bodega Norton Privada Family Blend 2023 is a high-quality cuvée from the heart of Mendoza, one of Argentina's most important wine regions. The grapes for this fine red wine come from the bodega's oldest vineyards, which are up to 90 years old and lie at around 1,100 metres above sea level in the foothills of the Andes. This altitude ensures cool nights and strong day-night contrasts, giving the grapes an ideal balance of ripe fruit and fresh acidity.

The cuvée is traditionally made up of Malbec, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon - three grape varieties that find ideal conditions in Mendoza. The grapes are carefully selected, gently processed and then matured for 16 months in French oak barrels, which gives the wine structure, complexity and ageing potential. The 2023 vintage presents itself with particularly dense fruit, elegant flavour and velvety tannins - a prime example of modern, high-quality Argentinian red wine.
