Description
Description
The Fundador Solera Reserva Brandy de Jerez is a traditional Spanish brandy from the renowned Pedro Domecq house, located in the city of Jerez de la Frontera – the historic centre of sherry and brandy production in Andalusia. This brandy is matured using the classic Solera method in ex-sherry casks, primarily of American oak, which previously contained Oloroso sherry. This method of maturation results in a particularly smooth, harmonious and aromatically complex profile.
With an alcohol content of 36 % vol., Fundador Solera Reserva is a smooth yet characterful brandy that is equally impressive when enjoyed neat or in mixed drinks. The ageing process, carried out over many years in Solera and Criadera casks, ensures a consistently smooth, balanced flavour, which has made Fundador Brandy Spain’s most popular brandy for decades. Packaged in a generous 1-litre bottle, this classic is ideal for regular enjoyment as well as for social gatherings.
