Description
The Henkell Blanc de Blancs Dry-Sec Piccolo 0.2 litre brings sparkling elegance and uncomplicated sparkling wine enjoyment in a practical small bottle. Produced by the renowned sparkling wine house Henkell Freixenet, this fine sparkling wine is based on an exclusive cuvée of 100% white grape varieties - especially Chardonnay, complemented by other selected white wines. The name "Blanc de Blancs" refers to this grape variety purity and emphasises the elegant style.
The grapes come from international vineyards and are carefully selected and gently pressed. The first fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks, which preserves freshness and flavour. The base wine then undergoes a second fermentation using the Charmat method (tank fermentation) to develop a particularly fine, persistent mousse. In addition, reserve wines from previous vintages are added, which guarantees the typical Henkell style with consistent quality.
