The Kingsbarns 10 Years Old Single Malt Scotch Whisky is the first official 10-year-old release from the young Kingsbarns Distillery in the Scottish Lowlands, marking an important milestone in the distillery’s history. This limited release is strictly limited in quantity and epitomises the distillery’s signature style: elegant, fruity and crafted with care. Produced from Scottish barley and distilled using the traditional pot-still method, this expression demonstrates the results that careful maturation and targeted cask selection can achieve.

The whisky was matured for the full ten-year period in a combination of 90 % ex-bourbon casks and 10 % STR red wine barriques (shaved, Toasted, Recharred), which gives it a harmonious balance of vanilla, fruitiness, spice and structure. It was bottled at 46 % ABV, non-chill-filtered and with its natural colour, in keeping with the spirit of an authentic, modern single malt.

This first decade of Kingsbarns showcases the elegant Lowland style – light, floral and yet profound. A whisky with a distinct provenance and clear identity.
