The Tidal Gold Rum 40% ABV 0.7 l is an exceptional craft rum that has its roots in the Caribbean and is finished on the Channel Island of Jersey. This unique creation combines the warmth and diversity of the Caribbean rum tradition with the maritime flavours of Jersey’s coastal landscape.

It is produced from a blend of rums from Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and the Dominican Republic, each of which is aged for between two and three years in ex-bourbon casks made from American white oak. This careful cask ageing gives it a base of golden sweetness, oaky spice and a smooth balance. The rum then acquires its distinctive signature: an infusion of oak-smoked Pepper Dulse seaweed, a rare marine plant harvested exclusively during full-moon tides on the coasts of Jersey.
