The Isle of Raasay The Draam Hebridean Single Malt Whisky comes from the young and award-winning Isle of Raasay Distillery on the Hebridean island of the same name off the coast of the Isle of Skye. This legendary single malt was first launched in 2021 and is based on Master Distiller Alasdair Day’s unique six-cask blend. With its honey-gold colour and subtle hints of red wine, it offers a remarkable depth of flavour that belies its age.


The Draam draws inspiration from an older style of Hebrides single malt whisky, yet possesses a lighter, fragrant smokiness that is elegantly balanced by intense dark fruit flavours. It is based on a sophisticated blend in which two different spirits – peated and unpeated – are matured separately in American rye whisky casks, fresh Chinkapin oak casks and first-fill Bordeaux red wine casks. It is bottled at 46.4% ABV, in its natural colour and without chill filtration.
