Bottega Alexander Aqva Di Vita Grappa Prosecco is an elegant and aromatically refined pomace brandy, distilled from the skins of Glera grapes – the golden-yellow grape variety used to produce the world-famous Prosecco. Production adheres to the highest quality standards, with a focus on the care taken and the purity of the raw materials. Only healthy, fresh and wine-like pomace from the finest growing regions of northern Italy is carefully stored immediately after pressing to preserve its quality and full aroma.


Distillation takes place in traditional copper stills, using a three-stage process at different temperatures. Bottega uses vacuum distillation to protect the delicate aromatic compounds as effectively as possible, whilst bain-marie heating (water bath) ensures a particularly gentle processing method. The result is a grappa of exceptional purity that perfectly captures the fresh, fruity and floral notes of the Glera grape. The grappa is then aged for around six months in stainless-steel tanks, which refines its structure and gives it a particularly smooth, harmonious texture.
