This exceptional grappa is produced from liquorice root, which lends it its unmistakable, natural aroma. The production method is based on a natural infusion of liquorice roots in grappa, resulting in a spirit that is unique in its purity and intensity. The liquorice roots used come from Calabria, where they mature under the Mediterranean sun to develop their full flavour.
